Right, lets put this on and see whats happens.

I cant believe that the last posting on this site was back in August 2009

Despite all the good work Ram puts into it , I am asking myself if it is worth keeping the site going.

I would appreciate comments

Love the new photos. Keep up the good work!

Hope to see lots more good cricket this year. In spite of what the captain says, I don't always arrive just in time for tea!Laughing

Ok, I'll continue to talk to myself on here!

Was great to see everyone at weekend. Shame the game was over so soon. Guess they were never going to recover from the start they got.

Anyway, in true Arnie style - "I'll be back", on the 2nd of August. Hopefully I will be considered for selection. Good luck until then!!

Cool

Wish you a good luck for this cricket season. I just became your fan some time ago when I came to watch a match with my friend.

You played very well. Keep it up.

Hi guys.  I'm not around for the first game of the season cos I’m doing a charity event to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.   The event is a 32 Peak Challenge which will take place from 2nd to 4th May in the Lake District – we will be walking 44 miles, covering 32 peaks, with over 17,150ft of ascent in just three days!

A few months ago I agreed to take part in the event and to raise at least £500 in sponsorship – at the time it seemed like a good idea!

If you would like to sponsor me please go to www.justgiving.com/LOSSLakesChallenge to make an on-line donation. Please mention my name in the comments box so your donation is allocated towards my personal total.

Thanks guys and good luck against Canvey!

Cheers

Eric

Just been looking at the 2006 record. Just think what could have been if those games hadn't been cancelled! I have passed my driving test now, so hopefully can come for a couple of games in the year. Cool

I am training hard, hope you all are too. I have given up on batting with the diagnosis that I will never be any good at it - I'll leave that to my older brother. Hopefully can put on a more convincing bowling display than I did at Rettendon! Anyway enough about me...!

Hope nets are going well guys. Hear Dan had just started to bowl straight and then had to leave for NZ, or so he says anyway - can anyone confirm this?!

Couple of new signings of free agents, good news. Let me know when the Fixture list is finalised and I'll get it updated! For some reason I think there is a fixture missing off the end of last year, if someone could fill me in that would be great.

Still recovering from Kev not playing a game last year. End of an era!! Laughing
